Oregon City Porchfest ("we", "us") is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This page explains what information we collect through ocporchfest.org and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Form submissions — When you submit a performer application, host application, or contact message (via our forms or embedded Google Forms), we collect the information you provide so we can respond and plan the festival.
- Basic analytics — We log page views (path, referrer, browser user agent) so we can understand which pages are useful. We do not use cookies to track you across other websites.
- Donations — Donations are processed by Venmo. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Venmo's own privacy policy applies to those transactions.
How we use information
We use submitted information to operate the festival — booking performers, coordinating with porch hosts, responding to questions, and publishing the lineup and map. Performer profile information (name, bio, genre, listen link) is displayed publicly on this site.
Sharing
We don't sell your information. We share it only with the volunteers and service providers that help us run Porchfest (for example, our hosting and form providers), and when required by law.
Your choices
To request removal of a performer profile, host listing, or any personal information you submitted, email hello@ocporchfest.org.
